Hi Ana, welcome to the community. One option is to use a True/False variable that starts out as False and is set to True once all layers have been seen. Depending on your setup, there are lots of possible ways to decide when all layers are complete. In the attached example, I use the Visited state of the three buttons to set the T/F variable. Back at the baselayer, there is a trigger that plays an audio file when the variable changes to True. Hope that gives you some ideas.
