Variables and Quiz

Hi All 

Can anyone help please I have attached a file to show what I am looking to create..Its a quiz using radio buttons were there are multiple questions. I need the learner to read the question decide which one of the 3 radio buttons to select for each question  "that bits done" ... But I need the slide to ensure they select the correct one for each question once they click on submit button, at that point a layer says well done and allows them to move on, if not it say sorry try again. and resets the slide.   I think this is a True or false variable but fairly new to this and still don,t know how to do use the Variables or understand them

Please Help
