Is there a way to stream video in Storyline? ie a lighbox in your project but the video is sitting on a server somewhere so that it opens in the same page in the project.
The video will be streamed from the site. Here is information about youtube videos.
Also, to find out the size of your file, when you save it, you can see the file size within the folder it is saved in. you can also right click it and hit Properties. This is helpful to find the size of the published output folder size as well.

Yes, you can insert a video that is located on some video server. See here for info, under 'Adding a video from a website'.
Thanks Michael - great does that mean the video is not embedded in my project ? it is just being streamed from the you tube website?

on the Design tab there is the Story size icon — or did you mean the project MB size????
