I have a video and some events those are appearing on screen in sync with the video (timed object during a slide playback). It works well unless I use Seekbar.
Once I use the seekbar to proceed the video the syncing of video gets delayed by 1 or 2 seconds.
Is there any solution or workaround to this problem.
Are you preview the timing or view the final publish version? I had this issue and it was the preview playing the timing wrong. When I published it the timing to my video and animations were just fine.
To clarify, are you seeing this using the timeline Playhead in Edit Mode, using the seekbar when previewing your content, or after publishing as Jack mentioned? Also, what version of Storyline are you using?
Thanks for that clarification, Sagar. Would you mind sending your file to us for testing by way of this form? Hi Alyssa,
I am facing this problem in final published version in all browsers. In Preview mode it is working fine. I am using Storyline 2 (Update 11).
Thanks
