What is the best video codec/file type to deliver short videos for Articulate 3?
An initial test, delivering compressed MP4s gave us terrible playback. Is there a preferred type (MOV, MP4, ProRes, WMV?) and file size/bit rate for optimum playback?
Are there any back-end settings I need the get changed to make sure it plays back nicely? I'm new to eLearning so no answer too obvious :)

I usually stick with mp4 files, but Storyline 3 supports a number of media files.
Have you looked at the compression settings?
Also, here are the best practices for high-quality images and videos in Storyline 3.
