I'm seeing the same problem you're seeing. Apparently this is only happening in the Modern Player, as the video control bar looks correct in the Classic Player.

We just released the newest version of Storyline 360, (Build 3.39.21985.0) this morning. This update fixes the issue where the Play/Pause button on the Video Control Bar was too dark. You can find more details on this update here:

The next step is to update Storyline 360 by heading to your Articulate 360 desktop app and clicking "Update" next to Storyline 360.
