Suddenly it is no longer possible to jump anywhere in the video. Does anyone know how to set this?
I want learners to be able to jump to a certain place in the video, for example to watch something again. And that they don't have to watch the whole video from the beginning.
We had an issue in Storyline 360, where learners couldn't click or drag the seekbar on the built-in video controls. The good news is that we launched a hotfix for it last Tuesday (build 3.37.21614.0)!
If you're seeing this behavior on the latest update, I'm happy to troubleshoot your file to see what's going on.

I'm using Storyline 360 build 3.37.21453.0 , I have added a video to the stage, turned on the show video controls below video option, the video controls do not work but if I switch on the main interface player seekbar, I can control the video.
I've updated to the latest version and now it works using the inbuilt video controls. Is there any way to make the control look more modern? I'm using the modern player interface but the inbuilt video control looks like classic.

NO the video controls are what they are, you can embed from Vimeo which looks much nicer.
