Video controls not working when I publish to Articulate Online.

Sorry you're having trouble in Articulate Online! Can you tell me more about how the video controls don't work there? What happens when you try to drag or select a spot on the video control seekbar?

When I click to advance anywhere on the bar it puts me back at the
beginning, all I can do is to pause and start the video.

So sorry about that, Lianne. This is actually a bug our team is working through in Storyline 3. I'll be sure to keep you posted on our progress. 

As a workaround in the meantime, try enabling the player seekbar, and use it as an alternative.

I have same issue related video control bar using storyline 360. When we drag the video controller the video restarts from online version on LMS. I have tried player seek bar as well, it gives same issue when seekbar is dragged.

Do anyone has any work around for this?

I wanted to check if you're also using Articulate Online to host your content? The player seekbar has worked in our tests, so if it's not working for you I'd want to have our team take a look at your courses and what's going on. Could you reach out to our Support Team here?
