I've just published my course to CD and I'm noticing a few glitches. The first glitch is an audio delay when playing the first course video/MP4. The audio in the video drags behind the video. This happens no matter how I start the video, automatically, when clicked, or by trigger. If I replay the video it works fine.
I haven't seen anything like this with the CD publish - so I'm curious if you're seeing this once burned to a CD, while viewing it on the local drive, etc. Could you share a copy of the .story file with us here so we could take a look at testing this too?
I submitted a support case, and thanks to Cleo I fixed the video delay. Cleo suggested that I optimize the video by re-encoding the raw video as mp4 using Handbrake. The link Cleo provided to HandBrake and the screencast tutorial are below:

Thanks Ashley.

HandBrake (http://handbrake.fr/) is a free tool. Here is a video screencast on how to use HandBrake to convert videos to be used with Articulate software: https://player.vimeo.com/video/145574235
Regards, and thanks again.
Jacqueline.
Awesome Jacqueline and thanks for the update! Glad Cleo was able to assist. :-)
