I have this issue whereby first view of the video is fine but after I click on the replay button, the video delayed fro awhile before starting to play again. How can this be solved?
Condition my video have a few notes auto-pause and auto-continue play by itself during the video played in the timeline.
I'm not sure I understand what's happening with you video, especially in regards to the portion that you mentioned on "Condition my video have a few notes auto-pause and auto-continue play by itself during the video played in the timeline. Does this affects?"
It may be easier to determine what's happening if you're able to share the .story file here with us. If you'd prefer to share it privately, you can send it along to us here as well.
You may 1st see the video play normally then at second attempt, refresh the preview and try to quickly press replay button once the video started and you may see the video is delayed for a period and all the notes I apply at the layers came out at wrong timing and everything ran out of place.
I wasn't able to see that behavior, but I did see something different. When I replayed the slide again, it didn't show the layers at all. So I set the layer properties for a revisit to "Automatically decide" instead of "resume saved state" and then everything worked as expected when I replayed the slide again. I've attached your .story file back here with those settings.
Besides the setting and the trigger, partly was because of the slide transition too.
As I compare the one attached by you here and my own project slide, at first I set everything exactly like the dummy file but when I clicked the REPLAY button at the moment the note came out, my video was delayed. Later on, I found out it was because of the slide transition. So when I removed the transition, the video is no longer delay.
Might wanna fix this issue in the upcoming update version

Hi Emalyn,

First, you'll want to make sure that you're testing your Storyline course by viewing the published output within the intended environment, as testing it locally could cause some local security restrictions or your content to fail.

Hi Ashley,
I have attached a test file for your reference.

Please help!
Very much thanks,
Emalyn

Hi Ashley,
I notice another thing is if you wait until the first note appear then you click on REPLAY button, the video is delayed.
Thanks for the first issue solved. But the video delayed is not solve yet. :(

Emalyn
Hi Emalyn! I took a look at your file and added a trigger to re-start the media when the slide restarts. Take a look and see if this helps you.
Hi Leslie,
It worked! Thank you so much

Hi Leslie,
Besides the setting and the trigger, partly was because of the slide transition too.
