I'm new to Storyline and am having an issue with embedded video playing in our LMS. In Preview, the video plays perfectly, but when uploaded into our LMS (SumTotal TotalLMS), the video won't play. (Everything else in the course seemed to be working.) I've tried embedding the video as .mpg and .wmv, but it didn't seem to make any difference. Is there a trick to publshing video in Storyline? Any guidance for what I'm doing wrong would be appreciated!
Curious, though . . . We have some modules we purchased from a vendor that were developed in Articulate Studio 09. The videos in them play in our LMS. Is this an issue with just Storyline?

I just had the same issue. For me the resolution was making sure the server had the MP4 MIME type set-up. The following provides details:

Studio converted the videos to FLV where Storyline uses MP4 to allow for compatability with HTML5. It is not really an issue, just a difference.
Hi! Not necessarily. The videos could have been in a different format (e.g., SWF, FLV) and that format may have already been supported on the server.
Storyline often converts videos to MP4 and the server may not have been set up previously to support MP4.
Converting to MP4 is usually a good thing (e.g., smaller file size at the same quality).
