I have a couple slides where I have inserted video from file on a second layer. When I preview the slide everything looks fine, however when I publish for the web, the layer appears and is hidden at the proper times, but the video does not play. It's just a still frame. Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere?
Hi there Lisa! What version of Storyline are you using? Also, how are you testing the published content?
It might be helpful if we could take a look at your file so we can diagnose what's going on here. Would you mind sharing the .story file, or even just one of the affected slides, so w can take a closer look?
