Hi All, Just published to CD a demo version of A course containing mp4 files. Everything works fine except the video file components do not show on screen. I can see finger icon as I hover where the video is meant to be but visually just blank white screen where videos should be.
Anyone come acorss this issue before? This was published using storyline 2. I'm guessing it could be due to flash compatibility with browsers?
The minimum system requirements for Articulate Storyline 2, including viewing, are listed here. Have you tested in another browser to see if that's the issue?
I had a similar issue and David solved it for me... Instead of using the when media (video) ends trigger I changed it to when timeline ends and then the video played when published. ...Not sure this will work for your situation.... but thought I would mention it just in case..
Christine I tried your fix but it didn't change things. Turns out when I tried it on my personal laptop it worked fine. So it must be the adobe flash update. Thank you kindly for your prompt support!

Are you launching the content from an actual CD?
Thanks Leslie,
No, I was opening straight from published folder.
The PC meets all requirements except adobe so im very sure it's that.
I'll test on another Pc and see.
