I'm using Storyline 2 to house some videos, and I'm getting an error that says the format isn't supported when I try to insert it on a slide. It's occurring with two of the six videos, all of which are .mp4. The two problem videos are quite large, 2.68 GB and 2.50 GB. The other four videos are under 2 gigs, though some of them are over 1 GB. So, I'm not sure if the size is causing the error since the file type is support, or if the video files are somehow corrupted.
I have heard this before as you can see in this thread and the users worked to compress their files smaller as it seemed to happen at over 2G for them as well.
Thanks for the info. I'm hoping these videos get sliced into smaller parts (not my decision), which will resolve the issue. At least now, I have a good selling point for chunking them.

I have heard this before as you can see in this thread and the users worked to compress their files smaller as it seemed to happen at over 2G for them as well.
