I have two videos that when published they glitch. I have updated the software to the latest specifications, the published video is on my desktop, and it looks perfectly fine when I preview it on Storyline. Help please.
Also, could this be because my RAM is to low? I currently work with 16GB.

I'm seeing some glitching in my published output and within the original video files, where it looks like the problem stems from.
Could you share more delete on how the videos were recorded? Were the MP4 files converted from another format?
