Video in Storyline Resources tab

I have included an mp4 video in the resources feature in player. After publishing, the video opens in QuickTime and only plays the audio. Is QuickTime the Storyline default player? If so, can it be changed? and how?
Windows Media Player is my default player. The video is a reference tool and large file. It's not part of the course that will be uploaded to our LMS so importing it to a separate slide is not an option.
There will be as many as 50 of these courses developed weekly after an initial taped webinar. It's these webinars that will be the resource videos. So, the course will be distilled topic points with an accompanying test. Ideally, the user would be able to access the taped webinar file through the resource tab.

Is it your default player for Mp4s, not sure why it would open in quicktime, it should be opening in your default application. What happens when you double click it on your desktop.
It may be better to host the video on a page and add a url
Hi Don and welcome to Heroes!
It looks like Phil is helping you out here, and Storyline doesn't have a default player for video types, so as Phil mentioned you'll want to check all your defaults for how you open different types of video files. Additionally, if they are large videos, Phil's suggestion of placing them on a web page and linking to the URL as a part of the Resource tab may help with your overall file size and loading time for accessing the course.
