I am doing really well and almost finished by simple first story.
I have a video slide and when the video is finished the seek bar keeps moving for a minute so the user can not advance to the next slide but is sat looking at a black square. I have checked everything and there are no the other objects running on the timeline.
Can you check that the timeline ends at the same time the video ends? If there is additional time after the video in the timeline, the seekbar will play through all of that as well.
You could also share the file here if you wold like us to take a look.
Thank you for sharing the file. The timeline was set to be a bit longer than the video itself. The video ends at 399 seconds. I shortened the timeline to that time and the seekbar is ending at the same time.
I did change the seekbar to not be read only for testing, but you can change that back and it should work as expected now.

Hi Emily,
I have double checked but can not see anything after the video. I do need the seek bar to be read only in this story.
Thank you for helping me.

Hey David. Make sure you have the video object set to "Show Until End". I have seen this cause a similar issue.
Hi,
It was set to show until end

Attached is an update.
I feel I have wasted your time - it was only a few seconds that the movie over ran but the seek bar carried on for a lot longer.
I thank you very much - I am new to this but learning fast..(well not so fast.....)

No problem David, that is what we are all here for!
Sometimes it just takes a second pair of eyes.
