I have a youtube video that is not playing. It is published on the web and states that it is not supported locally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ashley, I am still having trouble getting this saved out on one of these sites and have it up and functional. I have google drive but may be uploading it incorrect or publishing it incorrectly? It wont open anything once I upload it.
I have a dropbox and google drive. When I published it to my dropbox it is saves as code. When I try to open it either nothing shows up o it is just a bunch of code. My company plans to purchase this product but this is the last day of my trial and I need to be able to share this with the management team. Everything works perfect when I preview it after publishing.
I'm sorry to hear that the difficulty continues. You're publishing for web correct? You'll want to make sure you follow the directions here. In regards to uploading it to Google drive, are you following the directions in that blog post above?
If that's still not working, you may want to try Tempshare just to confirm that everything is ok with the published file - as that's a very easy upload - just zip it from the publish successful window and then if using Google Chrome as your browser, drag the zipped file into the designated area.
Looks like we were posting at the same time - you don't want to publish directly to Dropbox, but place the published output in your public Dropbox folder. You'll need to include all the files in the output folder and then you'll want to use the story.html file to get the public link for sharing.
I'd suggest using Tempshare to share the set up with management and if you need a trial extension, please feel free to connect with our Sales team.
I uploaded it to Tempshare and it works perfect. Thank you. Now I just need to figure out how to save it to either google drive or dropbox so that I can distribute these once we purchase the product.
I'm glad Tempshare worked for testing. Do you have an IT person or similar who could double check the steps we've share in those links and that you've gone through to upload just to ensure there isn't anything being missed or overlooked?

Upload the published content to some server and try again.
Hi Peter,
You'll want to test within the intended publish environment instead of testing locally.
If you don't have access to a web server, here are a few free options to consider:
