Video issue in iPad

Sorry to hear about the problem you're having with the videos on your iPad.  Can you tell us a little more about your course and what's happening, please?

Are you publishing for HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player? If this is happening when viewing your course in Safari (HTML5), can you try publishing for the Mobile Player, just to see if the same thing happens?

What type of screen recording is in your course? Is it a single video recording, or a step-by-step recording?

Where are you hosting the course? Do you have the course uploaded to a web server or LMS? If it's an LMS, which LMS are you using?

Any other information you could share would be helpful. Also, if you'd like to share the .STORY file here, I'd be happy to take a look on my iPad. If you'd prefer not to post in the forums, you're also welcome to share it here.

The video file which is recorded in the Articulate Storyline is not working on iPad.

So, I had tried the alternative solution.

Step 1 - Insert the video as Step by Step slides

step 2 - Delete the Original video from timeline (Mouse cursor will played after deleting the video )

Step 3 - Insert the Screenshot of the image shown in the video at the appropriate place in the timeline (You can use the images from "story_content")

So it looks like an video in the output. 

It works fine in the ipad.
