Video issue in SL3 Mar 17, 2018 By Health Science Hub I'm having an issue where I have a .mp4 within a storyline project. The video works within storyline. The video works when published to review. The video does not work when loaded into the client's LMS. The screen loads, but the video does not play. The size of the .mp4 is about 35mb. The client insists that it's not their LMS. Can anyone please offer me some suggestions to help me troubleshoot? thanks.
