Video keeps repeating last portion when returning to slide

Hi,
I have a short course that has a number of videos. An introductory slide contains a short video that introduces the learner to the topic and then asks the learner to click on a button which takes them to another slide that plays back a video.
On returning back to the introduction slide I did not want the video to replay automatically, but I did want the user to be able to use the replay button if they chose to do so.
When I navigate from the introduction to watch a video and then return to the introduction slide, the last second of the slide replays even though it has been watched to completion and I have set the slide to resume saved state.
Even though I have set to resume saved state two strange things occur.
- If I haven't watched the whole introduction, the audio plays from the beginning even though it is embedded in the video
- If I allow the introduction to complete, when I return the last second always plays and when I hit the refresh button, only the last second plays.
This is a very simple course with only six slides, it shouldn't be this difficult surely? I have attached the .story file so you can see for the issue I am having.

Hi, Tegid -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask first if you can please confirm that you are viewing the published output in the intended environment? As noted in the article, "If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published."

Many thanks for your observation, tried this from our LMS and had the same issue. I have other courses that use videos and I am not getting this quirky result.
I see, Tegid -- thanks for your reply! And as this course is intended for use on an LMS, may I also ask if you have had a chance to test your course on the SCORM Cloud to see if you are finding the same behavior there, as well?
No I have not, I am not personally familiar with LMS's as someone else performs the uploads. It works fine if I set it to 'Reset to Initial State'. When I set to 'Resume saved state' that's when it does this quirky replay of the last second of the video when I return to the slide. When I click replay it just plays the last second and not the whole video.
