Hi, I have a video link in one of my trainings. The link works fine. it opens in another window. The issue I am having is that the new window does not close when the video finish. IS there a way to tell sL to close that window when video is done and resume with the content?
When a video link opens in a new window, your course will no longer have any way of recognizing if the video has ended. Storyline 360 also can't interact with other browser windows to close them.
I'll leave it to the expert hands of the members of our community to suggest of a way to accomplish this. If it can be done, I'm sure they'll find a solution!
