I have some very nice quality videos (mp4 and avi format) that I have imported into my e-leaning module, however Storyline seems to compress the video media when I publish the module, making it look not as good. Is there a way of manually adjusting the video settings of imported video media so as Storline publishes it in a native format or uncompressed format?
I should also mention that at time of publishing I have the video quality set to 9 (max) and the image quality at 100% (max). But that does not stop my video being heavily compressed.
I reported a very similar issue to Support some time ago with Retina quality video. I could either get PC version OR iPad version to show in very good quality, but not both.
May be worth raising a formal support call (mention my Case, I cannot find the number I am afraid - sorry...).
