Video mp4 not playing from Amazon S3 after publising

Sorry that's happening, Leon! We have seen some problems recently with videos playing in certain browsers. What version of Storyline are you using?

Thanks for chiming in! I actually didn't do anything special to Leon's file. I simply published it for Web and tested it in the latest version of Chrome.

Are you having some trouble with a video in your file? If so, can you tell me a bit more about what's going on?

• What version of Storyline are you using?
• Is the video a MP4 file or embedded as a Web Object?
• Did you publish for Web and test the output on a web server?
