Video not displaying in tutorial

Our training department created a tutorial in StoryLine.  It is made available from a folder on a DFS namespace .  When it runs, the video does not play correctly.  You just see a blank screen inside a blue border while the progress bar is moving which indicates that Adobe Flash Player control thinks that it is playing the video.  When I view the actual MP4 video within Media Player, it plays fine.  When I click on the story.html file, it displays the same blank screen inside a blue border.

However, running the tutorial from a folder within another DFS namespace, the video plays without a problem.  There are some permission differences between the two network locations but I when I adjust the permissions to be the same, it makes no difference so this does not appear to be permission related.  Any ideas on what DFS namespace properties would cause the video to not play correctly would be appreciated.
