Hi, I want to play a video in a new browser window. But when I change the video properties for this, it doesn't work. A new tab/window opens on clicking the video, but its blank i.e the video doesn't load.
I cannot share my sample due to confidentiality issues, however after a bit more research, I realized that its working in Chrome but not fully in IE. For IE, the html5 output works and opens the file in windows media player, but the story.html doesn't work. Any thoughts?

Hello Nivedita! Thanks for those additional details.
Are you viewing your course right after publishing from the published output folder? Or have you loaded it onto a web server?
If it isn't uploaded to a web server, Internet Explorer and Flash Player might be restricting playback of your "local" content.
Try uploading your output to a web server and see if it will launch and play those videos successfully.
Ok, Thanks. I will try that. I was directly trying it from the published folder. I didn't get any pop-ups though.
