I have several videos I created in After Effects that I exported out as .mp4s and inserted into Storyline. All but one plays fine in IE (ironically I think file size it is the smallest.) I do see the first frame but then it just freezes.
I have been reading some about workarounds but I also read that this issue had been fixed?
Note that this is also happening in Safari but appears not to be an issue in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

My hunch is that something happened during this file's encoding process. Re-encoding the .MP4 file with a free video converting tool like HandBrake: https://handbrake.fr/ should help.
