Video not playing in LMS

I have been having difficulty with a video in my SCORM package playing in the Moodle LMS. It works fine when previewing the training in Articulate, but when placed in Moodle it doesn't play when that slide is first played. I have tested multiple times with different users and it seems to play fine on second log in. I also have two other videos in the SCORM that play fine on first login/viewing of the course.

I have tested putting a trigger to play video and also have it automatically play. 

I have email into my ETS to look at the MIME suggestions, but that doesn't seem to make sense as the 2nd and 3rd video play normally?

I have played with this a variety of ways. I can unenroll the user, delete SCORM attempts, and reset the course, it will work on the same computer on first attempt. However, if I clear browsing data to include: Browsing history, download history, cookies and other site and plugin date, cached images and files, hosted app data the video will no longer play on initial enrollment/viewing. So it appears to be a connectivity/space/downloading issue?  How is this fixed?

Hi Julie- Thanks for reaching out here and for your detailed description of what you're seeing. Sounds like you've been doing a lot of troubleshooting on your own! Have you tried uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is reproducible there? SCORM Cloud is an industry standard and you can get a free account for testing purposes if you don't already have one. Check out this tutorial on Troubleshooting your LMS using SCORM Cloud for reference.

If the issue isn't reproducible in SCORM Cloud, I would recommend reaching out to Moodle for further guidance in the matter. However, if you do see the same issue in SCORM would you mind sharing your .story project file here for us to take a look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!

Hey Emmalee! Arg, sorry you're encountering this as well. I'm not sure if Julie found a resolution but have you been able to test your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is present there as well? This will help determine whether it's file specific or LMS specific. SCORM Cloud is a really handy industry standard for LMSs, and you can even sign up for a free account for testing purposes! 

Please be sure to keep me posted on how that goes. If you're able to see the same issue occurring in SCORM Cloud, would you mind sharing your .story project file here so we can do some further testing?
