I'm frantic. I did a really cool video behind an caption cloud and now neither show up in the slide. They're there in the timeline, they showed up this morning, The more slides I do the more the program glitches. It's really upsetting as we just bought it yesterday Everything worked just fine when we were using the trial!An ideas?
Can you tell us a little more about what's happening? Is the video missing after publishing, or missing completely while trying to edit your project? Are you working from a local drive or netwrok drive? Any further details would be a big help for troubleshooting Thanks!
No the video and for that matter also a caption cloud is on the timeline in preview mode, but although the player button in the timeline says it is playing, the preview screen does not show them. I am not ready to publish yet. I am working from a local drive on my machine.
The strange thing is, that the video and the cloud caption, can be seen on the preview screen if I dig through the layers?
