Have you tested the course outside of the LMS to see if the video will play? You can try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. It's possible the LMS may not have the MP4 MIME Type installed on the LMS or server. Have a look at this link. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
If you're able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what's happening.
Hi, Blenda -- As Yu mentioned, if you are having difficulties with your course after upload to your LMS, it's always a good idea to test the course as well on the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior. Please also see here for further details: How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.

Thanks, Christine.
The video does play in SCORM Cloud. I will check the SABA LMS.

Hi Yu,
I'm running into this now and was wondering if you remember what the solution to this was?
Thanks!
Hi Blenda,
As I remembered, my video played on SCORM Cloud, so it was the LMS server issue.
You can check here, as Christine mentioned above: https://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/mp4-videos-require-a-mime-type-on-your-server-to-play-properly
Hope it'll help.
Yu
