I've inserted a MP4 and selected the option to start automatically and when I preview it (in Review 360), it doesn't work, I still have to click on it to make it start. Is it because I'm in Review mode?
Hi Marie-Claude! Preview mode with automatic run set for MP4: I just tried it and mine (inserted MP4) works ok in preview (both slide and scene) mode - the MP4 is installed on the screen and starts automatically... (see attached below). Any other details happening that might be impacting it? Have you tried just a blank screen with your MP4 installed and nothing else? What did you use to make the MP4? Mine was made in Camtasia. I attached my MP4 as well.
It's a video and when I'm in Artoculate it works fine but when I preview it, It doesn't start. I'm attaching the link if you have the time to look at it and tell me what you think could be the problem...
You program worked fine for me - all the videos (the first one had some background conversations) and all the screen animations - even switching back and for the between French and English - all good. (pretty impressive package, btw. Nicely done. ) hmmm... Maybe try exporting it using the CD output format, and try launching it from those files? I have a Win10 laptop. I don't know what else might be different.
Once again, this community is simply the best! Dave, thank you for chiming in!
Marie-Claude,
Are you noticing this in a specific browser? Also, would you mind sharing your file so I can see where the issue might be? You can do so by using the "add attachment" button in this discussion. Or you can share the file privately with our Support Engineers by using this link.

Hi Lauren,
I actually noticed it only when I open it with Chrome. Edge and Internet Explorer works fine. It's then a way to make it work in all browser?
Hi Marie-Claude,
Try moving your video on the timeline to .5 of a second or a full second and see if it plays automatically when you publish.
If this doesn't work, feel free to open a case with our support engineers to see if we can replicate the issue or offer a solution.
