Video on iPad

Hi

I have some content where the video works fine on the iPad when published as a web page (with the option "include html5"  ticked).

The problem arises when I publish the same content as a SCORM 1.2 (again with the option "include html5"  ticked) ; the video will not work despite the fact that my lms is SCORM compliant and displays all of the other content (including the aforementioned web page) well.  

I should also say that I don't want to use the Articulate mobile app.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
