Video pauses and won't resume

Hello!
I've never had this problem before with Storyline 3, but I've put a video in our course and for some reason it keeps pausing at a certain point and won't resume. The seekbar continues to move but the video stays locked on the same image and the audio stops. It works fine inside of Stoyline Preview, it's when I publish and import into SCORM Cloud I run into the problem. I've deleted and re-added the video and when that didn't work, I deleted the whole slide and re-added it and the video and I'm still running into the same problem. The raw .mp4 video works fine as well. Help!

Does the video run okay if you publish and view on your local computer? Can you share the video file or project file?

That does sound strange and unique - so I'd be in the same boat as Michael. It would help to take a look at the .story file and the video to do some additional troubleshooting, with your permission. If you can upload here that will keep the conversation going in the community and if you'd prefer to share privately, our Support Team is at the ready! Either way, we'll delete the file when done testing.
