We converted a course from Storyline 2 to Storyline 360. When the output was published we found that the video placed on the first slide sometimes did not display only the timeline played. We have installed all the latest updates of 360. Chrome version 61. Kindly let us know what can be done.
Our latest update of Storyline 360 (Build 3.9.13567.0) included a fix for a problem where a video on the first slide of a course wouldn't always play in HTML5 output, and it sounds like that's what you're experiencing.
Would you mind double-checking that you're using the most recent update? Simply click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.9.13567.0 in the bottom-right corner.
