Video play error on iPad

We are working on Articulate course which has lot of videos. These are being developed using Articulate storyline 360.
Issue is that, when we publish the course either as HTML5 with Flash as fallback, or only HTML5 or SCORM, videos which are embedded in slides does not load when the course is being viewed on iPad. We have tried different video formats and tried publishing the course in all possible formats.
Is there any solution to this video loading error?

Hi Rekha! Really sorry you're having this trouble.
When you have a chance, please send your project file to Vevette via your case. She'll do some testing and let you know what she finds. Let me know if you have any questions about that!
I am having the same issue. I am adjusting the publish quality and this is where I am at (see) attachment. I hope I do not have to go lower than this.
Still need to go lower? See error msg attached.
Hi Michael,
I don't think it's an issue with the overall quality, but more likely connected to how iOS devices load content such as videos and a lag in playback based on size, other applications running in the background, or other tabs open. Have you tested closing down the other applications and tabs and launching the Storyline course alone?
Our team has also been looking at fixes we could implement in Storyline to help with the iOS playback, so we'd love to take a look at your file and test with it as well. Can you share a copy of it here with us?
Hi Ashley - Thanks. Is there another way to get it to you since this is proprietary information?
Just tried it again now. I am still getting this error message. Keep in mind that this is a work in progress. We are really just sending this up to Articulate 360 so we can have a couple of our reviewers check it out for flow.
Hi Michael,
Sure thing - can you upload it to our team here? That'll keep it private and out of ELH. I can follow along as our Support team takes a look too.
It looks like you're having two issues, one viewing the course on an iPad and two publishing it to Articulate 360? The latter may be easily fixed by enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here.
