So I have a module that I have published on to my LMS, and within the module there is a lot of video content. This all works and performs as designed when using the module via my LMS on my desktop, however when trying to view the module on a smart phone or tablet my videos do not launch. The module launches and the main menu page displays, but when you click to play a video nothing happens.
Hi John, what do you see on screen? Anything at all? Also what mobile device on OS are you using? One last thing, after pressing play and seeing nothing happen, how long did you leave it before your exited? I've seen some videos take a long time to load on mobile depending on the network.
Sam, So I tested it on an I-phone and I-pad. Once the module opens and you are on the main menu page, there are several images that act as triggers to open new pages. The new pages contain the videos. The problem is that when you click on an image trigger nothing happens. It does take you to the video page.
Thanks for sharing what you are experiencing with your published course.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

I solved the issue! The original hoover states didn't work for the mobile application, so I added additional jump to triggers
Hi John,
Thanks so much for popping in here to share how you were able to get the mobile version to work!
