Hi Zia,

Are you referring to the video controls on the video itself, or the seekbar elements within the player? It may help if you're able to share that one slide so that we can take a look at how everything is working.

The thing is that the seekbar and the video controls within the video aren't working, just the timeline and even that you have to click on the timeline seekbar in order for the video to play again.

When I looked at this the Storyline seekbar worked as expected when using the slide setting of "reset to initial state" allowing me to use the rewind button and the play button. Using the built in controls I'm able to play and pause the video and click within the seekbar to rewind - but when the video reaches the end of the timeline the play button won't restart the video.
