When I import a video into Storyline the player bar runs through to the end and at the completion of the video, the player bar will move to a random spot on the timeline.
Has anyone else encountered this and is there a work-around to prevent this from happening? It does not affect the functionality of the course, but it looks really odd and I'm afraid learners will get confused.
It sounds like you must have more happening on the slide after the video runs. How about just splitting it up into two slides? Once the video is done playing, just have it advance to the next slide and put the rest of what you had on that slide.
Could you use the method that Dan mentioned to trigger the user to automatically advance to the next slide when the media completes? If not, could you share that slide of your .story file with us so that we could take a look at the settings?

The only item that is on the slide is the video, which is 1-2 minutes which is what makes this a little strange.
