Video plus trigger doesn’t work properly using SuccessFactor on IOS

Hi there, I designed a slide including a video as background and a textbox plus button for users to read and click. However, when I access the slide through SuccessFactor using my iPhone, the textbox and button cannot be shown properly. I have tried many ways to create the slide. But it seems that whenever the slide includes a video, other items within the same timeline don’t show/work properly. Any advice? Thanks.

I'd like to ask a few additional questions to better understand:

  • Are you viewing the published content in Safari on your iOS device?
  • What version of iOS are you using?
  • Are you able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS?

Thanks for getting back.

- I am viewing the course through SuccessFactors mobile app on my iPhone 6s

- The iOS version is 12.0.1

- The slide works well on Articulate Review, the issue is with the combination of SuccessFactors and iOS.
