I have an odd one here. After the most recent upgrade, there appears to be some small number of pixels being lopped out of the middle of videos (.mp4) along a horizontal line. It's particularly noticeable when there's movement. And it also results in an open horizontal space at the bottom of the frame (presumably the height is the number of pixels being zapped). I'm seeing this in slide authoring view and preview. But I'm NOT seeing it in published output.
That does seem a bit odd. Since the published output is playing as expected, what happens when you import this file into a brand new file? Does the same behavior persist?
Please keep us updated so we can continue to get to the bottom of this!
Thanks for following up and letting us know this is happening in more than one file! Would you mind sharing your video with us so that we can take a closer look? You can upload to your private link here:

I tried a new file and imported one of my videos. Same thing happened.
