Looking to encode a project to video and the encoding process seems take an extended period of time. It's been hours and I have yet to get through the entire coding process. I'm using the modern player and "next" as a means of navigation. I have opened a ticket for this issue also. Any further advice would be greatly appreciated in the interim.
Thanks for sending your file over to our Support team for review. Lo and behold, Anna found the culprit! It looks like a trigger dependant on variable changes was causing the issue. Simply adjust that trigger to launch when a cue point is reached, and you'll be good to go.
Best of luck on your project, and you know where to find us if you have any other questions! 😊

Good day Aaron,
Here is a list I would check if this behavior was mine;
What is the length of the Storyline project( watch for long timeline in each slide of your project. Sometime the length is not a necessity)
What is your quality setting in the Storyline video publishing
What is your pc specifications (i5, i7, i9, OS versions, CPU, Ram, ...)
What is your hard drive setup; OS, DATA (SSD, 7200 rpm, 5400 rpm, ...)
It could lead to some hints on why it is taking so long to achieve the encoding.
