Hi there, Diaa. The best way for us to find out why that publishing is taking so long would be to have a look at your file. With your permission, we can test your file privately and delete it when we're done troubleshooting.
I've opened a case with my team. If possible, please use the upload link in the confirmation email to share your .story file. Since your trial is ending soon, I've extended it by a week to make sure you have enough time to evaluate Articulate 360!

I have experienced the same issue. Can you give any things to be looking for in the file that might cause this issue?
