I am working with a client who is having an issue with video resolution. Even when recorded in Camtasia using 720x540, once in Storyline, the resolution seems very grainy and difficult to read. I tried changing the quality when I published, using the publish dialog box, but no luck. Is there something else that may need to be done in Camtasia prior to adding the video to Storyline, or is there another video editing feature within Storyline that I might be able to utilize? Thanks!

Also, video is in MP4 format.

You may want to try using the method described by Mike Enders here to replace the video after compression in the published output. Here is additional information on how Storyline compresses the videos.
