Video Right Click Selections
Jan 28, 2020
I'm not having a problem, however I just came across something today that I would like to learn more about. I've inserted a video on a slide in Storyline 360 and was trying to find a way to turn off the hand cursor on hover like you can with hotspots. Found out there isn't a way to do that, and you still need to implement a workaround. My curious question has to do with the options available when you right click a video. Why does a video have "Drag and Drop - Drag Return" checked? What is that used for? The slide I am working with is not a drag and drop activity.

Hello, if you put a transparent box over your video, that should get rid of the hand cursor. In regard to the Drag Return, you can find that explained here:

Thanks Jeff. My confusion for the Drag Return option for a video on the slide. A video is something that cannot be selected as a Drag Item. Kind of an anomaly?
