Dear colleagues,
The video's in one of our published courses are not playing when viewed in Firefox. Both the embedded youtube video, and the video's inserted from file.
I have published in TinCan API, withouot the mobile player checkbox checked, and tested it on my laptop.
You only see a still screen, not a play button or anything. See also the screenshot.
Can anyone help? The published package should work on all browsers and devices, right?

Hi, Sara -- Thanks for reaching out here! Here is a copy of our System Requirements sheet in case you would like to take a look, and would it be possible for your to share your file so that we are able to do some testing, as well? To share for private review, here is the form you would need to send that along.
Flash enabled in Firefox? A quick web search of "firefox flash enable" yielded https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-firefox.html
Hi Christie,
Thanks for your reply. This test result came back from 3 different persons: a customer, our customer service and myself. We all tested the same published course on our desktop/laptop using Mozilla Firefox. Do I understand it correctly from the Systems Requirements sheet that html5 is not supported in Firefox? Does it automatically go over to Flash?
The file was published in HTML5, without the Articulate mobile player checkbox checked.
Brian, your suggestion to enable Flash in Firefox worked. I am now able to view the videos. Thanks! Although I would want it to work without first having to download and activate Flash on Firefox, because our customers would not want to go through that trouble (and are usually not very tech-savvy). Is there another way - besides avoiding Firefox altogether?
Hi, Sara -- Thanks for your reply, and you are correct that as per the System Requirements sheet, HTML5 is not supported in Firefox and Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later is needed to view content in the following:
