I've placed videos in my storyline 3 course which autoplay as soon as the slide pops up. one half of the slide is video and the other half timed graphics that follow the video narration etc. I've embedded the published course into learndash via a responsive iframe and on a desktop it works great, but mobile plays everything on the slide except the videos? The audio files throughout the course play fine as well. When I upload this to a server without embedding it in learndash the mobile version works perfectly. Is this an iframe issue? any clues?
Ok I'm getting antsy now as my client is rightfully wondering why his mobile version isn't working. again It plays fine on desktop but mobile does not when in Learndash. If i play it directly off of a server mobile works fine. I have tried both the classic player or the modern player. I've also tried starting the video 1 frame ahead of the beginning of the timeline, as i heard that might help, but it didn't. Here is a link to what's happening...

Hello Earl and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out to share the issue you are experiencing within your LMS.
Please be sure you are viewing in a supported mobile environment:
Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Android OS 4.4 or later
You can read about all of the system requirements for Storyline 3 here.
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
I don't have a scorm cloud service to test it out. However, when I access the course directly from a server it plays fine.
You can set up a scorm cloud trial account to test out your course there.
Looks like Michael popped in to help you out with that Earl and if you need us to help you out in testing, feel free to share your .story file.

Hi Earl,
Are you viewing in a supported mobile environment as shared above?
Would you be able to share the .story file so that we can publish and do some testing?
The link you shared above looks like this when I click on it:
