We've added a seekbar to an MP4 video created in Camtasia into a slide of our SL2 modules. But when viewed in Chrome, there suddenly appears a download arrow that allows the viewer to download the video. It doesn't appear in IE.
What's the best way to stop the video from being able to be downloaded? Is this an LMS setting?
Hi Louisa, Yes, this is a known issue in Chrome for which Google has provided certain Media Control Customization codes to use. While, my organization doesn't have any restriction on the content, we're fine with that Download icon. However, you may check with your content admin on how to use this code. For now, I also don't see any workaround in LMS.
