Hi there. I am hoping someone can please provide a solution to an issue I am experiencing with a video in my project. The video looks fine when inserted but as soon as I preview it, it shrinks in width. I have not had this happen before and am unsure as to how to fix it.

Hi Katie. Thanks for your response. I am using 360 and followed normal steps of insert video from file. I didn't alter the aspect or size but in preview it shrinks. How long ago was the update? I will check if I need to update as I haven't for about 1 month.

p.s. If you're using Storyline 360, we had an issue a while back where videos in a course could be sized or positioned incorrectly during preview which was fixed on a later update. I ran a quick test on the latest update where I'm unable to recreate the behavior–here's a quick Peek of what I saw.

For next steps, an update just might do the trick; 3.18.16449.0 is the current build. Simply launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360.
