Video : slide changes to the first slide in the preview mode

is this in stroyline 1?   I think I remember a glitch like this where I made changes but the preview didn't refresh correctly.  I think I would hit f5 on the keyboard or restart the mod to work around it back then but I don't exactly remember.

No this is storyline 2. I tried restarting but it didn't help. Thank you .. Will try the F5 option and see if it helps.

i have shared the file. Have a look at slide 2.5. when you preview it, it shows you slide 2.1 but with instructions of slide 2.5. Let me know if this makes more sense ?

I see where you reached out to our support team (00741677) and that Renato is assisting you. Looks like the start frame could be the culprit. Just respond to your case if you need further assistance and I will follow along as well.

I went back to the file and it made sense about what Renato said. I have responded to the case as my issue is now resolved.
