I've inserted a video (.wmv) into a slide and it stops (stalls) the last 10 seconds or so... It does not do this in the original video. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Thanks!
Hi, Dana -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear you are having troubles! Please confirm that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
If possible, please also share your file where you are seeing the issue with the video included, and it would be great if you could also provide the original .wmv separately, as I would like to see if I find the same trouble when adding it to an entirely new file.
Yes, I am working locally. I tried to import the file into a new file and i also repaired Storyline, but neither solution worked. I've attached the story file as well as the original .wmv file. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Hi, Dana -- Thanks for running through the troubleshooting steps above and for letting me know that did not resolve the issue for you. I appreciate that you have shared your files as requested, and I will let you know what I find as soon as I have had the opportunity to review them. Your patience is appreciated! :)
Hi, Dana -- Many thanks for your patience once more while I tested your file. I was able to see/experience the freezing issue you described when I published your file and tested it in the SCORM Cloud, however, when I add just the .WMV to a brand new file, it seems to complete without freezing as seen here, so I would like our Support Engineers to investigate the matter for you further.
You are welcome to use this form to submit a case directly, or I would be happy to create the case for you if you need assistance. I plan to be on the lookout for your case to follow along, and I will share pertinent update here for others who could benefit.

Some additional information on my issue... this is happening while previewing and on the timeline within Storyline.
